About this service
We don't provide clinical therapy directly. Instead, we work with a growing network of allied health partners to arrange trusted, timely referrals for occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology and dietetics.

- My Health Connect partnership agreement
How to refer
Contact our intake team with the participant's goals and any current clinical involvement.
My Health Connect is currently undergoing NDIS registration. Service delivery, staffing and pricing are aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and price limits.
