We take feedback seriously
Feedback — both positive and critical — is welcomed. You will never lose your service, or be treated differently, for raising a concern.
Our national complaints process
- Tell us. Email support@myhealthconnect.com.au, use the form below, or ask your local team lead.
- Acknowledgement. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days.
- Investigation. A senior national team member reviews the complaint, speaks with the people involved and gathers the facts.
- Resolution. We agree an outcome with you — including any changes to your supports — and confirm it in writing.
- Continuous improvement. Themes across complaints feed into our national quality review and staff training.
External complaints — NDIS Commission
You can complain to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, without going through us first — phone 1800 035 544 or visit ndiscommission.gov.au.
Advocacy
You can get free, independent help from a disability advocate via the National Disability Advocacy Program.
Feedback and complaints
Feedback — positive or otherwise — helps us do better. You will never lose your service for raising a concern.
