If life is in danger

In an emergency, call 000 and ask for police, ambulance or fire as appropriate. If you are Deaf or find it hard to speak, use the National Relay Service on 106 (video / TTY).

After-hours contact with My Health Connect

My Health Connect does not currently provide 24/7 crisis response. During business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST), contact us at support@myhealthconnect.com.au.

For rostered participants with a documented after-hours plan, follow the escalation instructions in your individual support plan.

Reportable incidents

Reportable incidents are handled under our national incident-management process and — where required — reported to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. See National Quality Framework for detail.
