The rights we work to
- Choice and control. You decide what your supports look like and who delivers them.
- Respect and dignity. You are the expert on your own life; we work alongside you, not above you.
- Safety and safeguarding. All workers are screened, trained and inducted before they meet you.
- Clear information. Availability, timelines, price and process — always explained in plain language.
- Privacy and confidentiality. We hold only what we need, and share only with your consent (or where required by law).
- Feedback and complaints. You can raise concerns without fear of losing your service, and every complaint is taken seriously.
- Cultural safety. We aim to be culturally responsive and welcome feedback on how we can do better.
How these rights are protected
These rights are backed up by our National Quality Framework: national policies, incident-management, complaints handling, worker onboarding and compliance oversight. See the National Quality Framework for detail.
External safeguards
You can escalate concerns to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time — with or without our involvement. Visit ndiscommission.gov.au or call 1800 035 544.
